The Renewals screen lists everyone whose membership has run out or is about to, with the days left. It is where next month's money comes from.

Set up your membership plans once with their price, length and admission fee. When a member travels or gets injured, freeze the membership and their expiry moves forward by exactly the days it was frozen.

• Discounts recorded as discounts, so you can see what each offer cost you
• PT packages and locker rentals as add-ons with their own end dates

Move off the paper register on day one

Import your existing members from a .csv file exported from Excel or Google Sheets, or add them one by one with a photo. Members can see their own plan, expiry and dues in the member app.
