Renew an add-on

When a PT package or a locker is about to end, you renew it. The renewal is a new period, so you get a clean record of every pack and every month they paid for. A PT package starts today, so the member can keep training; a locker starts the day the old one ends, so no days are lost.

Steps

Finding what is ending

Open Members → Renewals and tap Add-ons.

The list shows every add-on ending in the next 7 days or down to its last 2 sessions, and the ones that have just ended. The bell and the dashboard's Add-ons Expiring card lead here too.

Renewing

Tap 💳 on the row — or open the member and tap Renew on the add-on's card.
In Renew …, everything is filled in from the last period: price, sessions, trainer, locker number. Starts is today for a PT package, and the day the old one ends for a locker.
Change anything that is different this time, set the Payment method, and tap Renew & record payment.

The new period shows as the current one — a locker's is Upcoming until its start date. The old card moves to the history marked Renewed once it ends or its sessions are used.

Good to know

Leftover PT sessions stay on the old package unless you move them. If the member still has sessions left, the renewal shows a tick box: Add 3 leftover sessions to this one. Tick it and those sessions move into the new package. Leave it and the old package keeps them until its own end date — new sessions are counted against it first, because it ends sooner.
Renewing after it has already ended starts the new period today, not back on the old end date.
Each period can be renewed once. If you renew the same package twice by mistake, the second one is refused.
💬 on the row opens WhatsApp on your phone with the member's chat, so you can remind them yourself. The app also sends its own reminder before the end date when Expiry reminders are on in Messages → Settings.

When it doesn't work

"This add-on has already been renewed." It was renewed already — look for the newer period on the member's page.

The Add-ons list is empty but you know a locker is ending. It only lists add-ons ending within 7 days. One that ends later is on the member's page.
