Sell a PT package or a locker and track it
You sell add-ons from the member's page. The sale records the payment too, so you never enter it twice. A PT package then counts down as sessions are logged; a locker simply runs until its end date.
Before you start
Set up what you sell on the Add-ons page — see Set up your add-ons. For PT you also need a staff member whose Role is Trainer and Status is Active.
Steps
Selling it
Open Members → All Members and tap the member.
In the Add-ons section, tap + Sell add-on.
In Sell an add-on:
Pick one under From your add-ons. The type, name, sessions, days and price fill themselves in. You can change any of them.
For PT, pick the Trainer. For a locker, type the Locker number.
Check Starts — today by default. The end date is shown under it.
A discount and a part payment work exactly as when renewing a membership: change Amount paid now (₹) and whatever is left becomes the member's dues.
Set the Payment method.
Tap Sell & record payment.
The member's page now shows a card for it — for PT, a big number of sessions left and the end date; for a locker, its number and end date. The payment is on your Payments page with For set to PT or Locker.
Counting PT sessions down
Each time the member trains, log the session — from the member's page tap + Log Session, or go to Sessions → PT Sessions → Log Session.
Leave Status as Completed and pick the package from the Package dropdown.
Tap Log Session. The count on the member's card goes down by one.
Good to know
The Package dropdown is what counts a session down. A session logged without picking the package is recorded, but the count does not move.
A finished add-on moves to the history. Once PT is used up or any add-on passes its end date, it leaves the current cards. Tap Show past add-ons to see it — nothing is deleted.
You can't log a session on a package that has ended. The dropdown only lists packages that are still running on the session's date, and the app refuses one that has ended, is used up, or was cancelled.
The PT trainer becomes the member's trainer, so the trainer finds them under Clients in the staff app. A trainer who logs a session there counts it against their package when the member holds exactly one running package from them.
Freezing the membership pauses PT, not lockers. When the member is unfrozen, a PT package's end date moves forward by the days it was frozen. A locker keeps its date — change that on the Add-ons page if you want to.
Cancel on a card ends the add-on today without deleting it. It stays in the history as Cancelled. If money went back to the member, record a refund on the payment instead — see Refund a payment.
You'll hear about it before it ends. The bell and the dashboard's Add-ons Expiring card list add-ons ending within 7 days or down to their last 2 sessions. See Renew an add-on.
When it doesn't work
The Package dropdown isn't in the Log Session box. The member has no PT package that is still running on that date. Check the member's Add-ons section.
You logged five sessions and the card still says 10 left. The Package dropdown was left on — No Package —. It has to be picked on each session.
The button does nothing and a message says "Choose the trainer". A PT add-on needs a trainer. Pick one, then sell. The message always names what is missing — a name, the days, the price.
