Change a plan's price, or remove a plan
Edit a plan's name, length or price — or delete it when you stop offering it.
Steps
Change a plan
Go to Plans.
Tap the pencil on the plan's row. Edit Plan opens with the current values.
Change the Plan Name, Duration (days) or Price (₹). All three stay required.
Tap Save Changes. A green "Plan updated." appears.
Remove a plan
Tap the ✕ on the plan's row.
A box asks "Delete this plan? This cannot be undone." Confirm.
Good to know
This is the part that surprises people, so it's worth reading before you touch anything.
Changing a plan does not change any member. Members already on it keep the expiry date and the plan name they were given when they joined. A price rise applies from the next renewal you take, which is normally exactly what you want.
Renaming a plan leaves existing members on the old name. They keep showing the old text on their row and in the All Plans filter, so for a while you will see both names in your gym. It is not a fault, and there is no bulk way to move them across — they update one at a time as you renew them.
Deleting a plan does not affect anyone on it, either. Their membership carries on and their row still shows the plan name. What you lose is the ability to pick it for anybody new.
After deleting, that plan disappears from every dropdown, so renewing one of those members means choosing a different plan for them. When you do, their plan changes for good.
A member on a deleted plan keeps it when you edit them. The plan dropdown on Edit Member adds their old plan name at the bottom of the list so a stray tap doesn't wipe it. Pick anything else and the old name is gone.
Nothing is stopping you deleting a plan half your gym is on. There is no warning and no count of who is affected. Check the All Plans filter on the Members list first to see how many people that is.
To raise prices without disturbing anything, just edit the price. Making a second plan called "Monthly (New)" is the messier option — two similar names in every dropdown is how wrong plans get picked.

When it doesn't work
You changed the price and a member's renewal still charged the old amount. The renewal screen reads the price when you pick the plan. Go back, re-pick the plan, and the new price is used.
You renamed a plan and now the Members list shows two plans with similar names. Expected. Existing members keep the old name until each is renewed or edited. To fix one immediately, open the member, tap Edit Member, and pick the renamed plan.
You deleted a plan by mistake. It cannot be restored, but nothing has been lost from your members. Create it again with the same name, length and price — members on the old name will match it again straight away.
"Failed to update plan. Please try again." or "Failed to delete plan. Please try again." Nothing changed. Reload the page and try again.
Save Changes does nothing. One of the three boxes has been emptied. All three are required even when editing.
The price shows correctly on Plans but the wrong figure on the Add Member form. The form loads plans when it opens. Reload the page.
