Find an old payment
Look up a payment by member, by date range, or by what it was for.
Steps
Go to Payments in the sidebar. The list opens showing This Month, newest first.
Change the period first. The dropdown offers Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, This Year, All Time and Custom Range. If you don't know when it was, choose All Time.
Choose Custom Range to get two date boxes — a from and a to. Both are inclusive.
Type into the search box to narrow further. It matches the member's name, the payment method, the description and the notes.
Tap any row to open the payment in full — amount, date, method, status, description, notes, when it was recorded, and the receipt picture if one was uploaded.
Good to know
Search and period work together. Searching does not clear the period filter, so a name search inside This Month will miss last month's payments entirely. When you are hunting for something specific, set the period to All Time first and search after.
To see one member's whole history, go to the member, not to Payments. Their page has a Payment History section listing only their payments, plus their Total Paid and how many transactions they've made.
A payment's own page has a "View Member →" link to jump the other way.
Receipts only exist if someone uploaded one. There is no automatic receipt image. On the payment's page you can View it full size or Download it.
25 payments per page, with page buttons underneath. Changing the search or the period takes you back to page one.
The list is always newest first and that cannot be changed. There is no column sorting on this screen.
Payments from members you have deleted are still here, under the name they had. The link to their profile will not go anywhere.
Dates shown are the payment date you entered, not when it was typed in. The payment's own page shows both — look for Recorded on.

When it doesn't work
"No payments match your filters." on a gym that has taken money. This is the most common confusion on this screen, and it is almost always the period. The list starts on This Month, so at the beginning of a month it can look completely empty. Switch to All Time.
A payment you just recorded is not showing. Same cause — you dated it to a previous month. Switch the period.
You can't find a payment by amount. Search does not look at amounts, only at names, methods, descriptions and notes. Narrow by date range instead and read down the list.
You searched a phone number and got nothing. Search on this screen has no phone number to look at. Search the member's name.
Two payments look identical. They probably are — recording the same payment twice is easy to do if the first attempt looked like it failed. Open each and compare Recorded on; delete the later one.
"Failed to load payments. Please refresh." The list could not be fetched. Reload the page.
The payment's page says "Payment not found." The payment was deleted, or the link is old. Go back to Payments and search for it.
