See your clients
The members you train, with their phone number, their membership status and how much of their PT package with you is left.
Before you start
You need the View members permission. Your gym owner turns that on for your account. Without it there is no Clients tab, and opening a client shows:
No access to the client list Your gym owner decides what each staff account can see. Ask them to enable it for you if you need it.
Seeing the sessions left figure also needs View PT packages. The Trainer, Receptionist and Manager starting points all include View members; Trainer and Manager also include View PT packages.
Steps
Tap Clients along the bottom.
The heading reads My Clients with a count beside it.
Each card shows the member's name, a status badge, their phone number, and either N sessions left · ends in N days or No active package.
Tap a card to open that client. The page shows their plan and expiry, any notes your gym owner wrote, and a PT add-on card with the package name, N done, a bar and what is left.
Tap their phone number to call them straight from your phone.

Good to know
Your clients are the members your gym owner assigned to you, plus anyone who bought a PT package with you. Other members of the gym are not sent to your phone at all.
Clients whose PT is about to run out come first, with the sessions-left line in a warning colour. A package is about to run out with 7 days or fewer to go, or 2 sessions or fewer left. Those are your renewal conversations.
Sessions left counts only your own PT packages with that client, so it matches what you see on the client's page.
The status badge comes from the member's dates, not from a switch. Nobody sets it.
Active — more than 7 days left. Expiring — 7 days or fewer. Expired — ended.
Upcoming — their membership starts on a future date.
No plan — no plan with an end date has been given yet.
Frozen — the owner has paused the membership. The client's page says Membership paused until <date>, and their PT package pauses with it.
You cannot add, edit or delete members here. The staff app shows clients; the owner manages them.
When it doesn't work
"No clients assigned to you yet." — Nobody has been put under you and nobody has a PT package with you. Your gym owner sets the trainer on each member. Ask them to assign your clients.
There is no Clients tab along the bottom. You do not have View members. Ask your gym owner to enable it for you.
The tab was there a second ago and then disappeared. All the tabs show for a moment while the app works out what you are allowed to see. The ones you do not have then drop off. That is the app settling, not a fault.
Every client says "No active package" when you know they have sessions left. You are missing View PT packages, or the package was sold under another trainer's name. Ask your gym owner.
A client you train is missing but you can see them in Sessions. They are not assigned to you and have no PT package with you. Ask the owner to set you as that member's trainer.
