Check your attendance and hours
See which days you were marked present, how long each shift was, and what you have booked today.
Steps
Open the staff app. Attendance is where you land, and it is the first tab along the bottom.
The two boxes at the top show Days present and Total hours for the month you are looking at.
Use the ‹ and › arrows to move between months. The month name sits between them.
Below that, every day you have a record for is listed newest first, with a badge — Present, Absent, Half Day, Leave or Off.
Under each day are your shifts, showing the time you clocked in, the time you clocked out, and how long that came to.

Good to know
This screen only ever shows you. Colleagues' attendance is not here and cannot be reached from the staff app.
Days present counts days marked Present or Half Day. Absent, Leave and Off days are listed but not counted.
You cannot edit anything here. Attendance is recorded when you scan the gym QR code, or entered by your gym owner. If a day is wrong, only the owner can change it.
› stops at the current month — there is nothing ahead to look at.
If you have training sessions booked for today, a card appears above the stats saying Today — N sessions scheduled, with the member's name and how long each one is. Tap a name to open that client. The card only lists sessions still marked Scheduled; once you mark one complete it drops off.
When it doesn't work
"No attendance records for <month>." — Nothing was recorded that month. If you were working, it means nobody scanned you in and the owner has not entered those days by hand. Ask them to add them.
A day shows a clock-in time and then "Active". You clocked in and never clocked out, so the shift has no total. Ask your gym owner to close that day off for you.
Today's sessions card never appears, even though you have clients booked. Seeing sessions is a separate permission. If your gym owner has not given you View sessions, that card stays hidden. Ask them to enable it for you if you need it.
Your hours look short. The total only counts finished shifts. A day still showing Active adds nothing to Total hours.
