Renew your membership

Steps

   Open Home. When you have 7 days or fewer left, or your membership has ended, a Renew Membership card appears with your gym's phone number.

   Tap the number to call, or pay at the desk on your next visit.

   When your gym records the renewal, your Expires date moves forward and the payment shows up under the Payments tab, with a receipt.

Good to know

• You cannot pay through the member app. There is no payment button and no online checkout anywhere in it. Paying is done with your gym directly — cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, whatever they accept.

• The app is where you check your membership and see what you have paid. Your gym is where you renew it.

• Paid only part? Your membership is still renewed. Home shows Due: ₹… until you pay the rest.

• The renew card is only a reminder. It disappears once your new expiry date is more than 7 days away.

When it doesn't work

• You paid, but Home still says Expired. The payment was recorded without renewing your plan — as a plain payment rather than a renewal. Ask the desk to renew your membership; your Expires date moves forward when they do.

• You paid, and the payment is not in the Payments tab either. The desk has not recorded it yet. See See your payments.

• The renew card has no phone number. Your gym has not saved a phone number in its settings. Use whatever number you normally call them on.

• You are locked out of the gym floor but the app says Active. The app only reflects what your gym has recorded. The desk is the source of truth for access.
